Flour Mill DA open for comments

The stage 1 DA for the Summer Hill Allied Mills site (flour mill) is currently being assessed and is open for public comment until 1st May 2013. This stage includes 44 apartments and townhouses, as well as mixed use development on the corner of Smith and Edward Streets.The GreenWay will be putting in a submission. Areas that we will be commenting on include: connections across the site to the Lewisham West light rail stop, sustainability measures such as water sensitive urban design, landscaping plans to protect GreenWay biodiversity corridor values and quality street furniture.
