Grove Street Development submissions

Another old industrial site adjacent to the GreenWay and light rail is up for redevelopment. Located 6- 26 Grove Street, Dulwich Hill, it is on the opposite side of the light rail from Johnson Park and stretches from the Arlington Light Rail stop for the whole length of the park. Three to eight storey buildings containing 251 dwellings are proposed. The buildings will significantly overshadow the IWEG Wararah Mills bushcare site that is part of the important GreenWay Biodiversity corridor. Johnson Park will also be overshadowed. The DA for this development is open for comment until the 30th September and can be found on the Marrickville Council website. We have put in this submission985.14 KB
