Sydney City Centre Access Strategy open for comments

12 September, 2013

The NSW Government have released the Sydney City Centre Access Strategy which outlines future plans for the all modes of transport in, out and around the city centre. Unfortunately the connectivity does not extend to bicycle paths. There is no consideration of bicycle path linkages beyond the city centre. The GreenWay shared path is not mentioned but the Inner West light rail extension is. Cycling and walking are legitimate modes of transport and need to be given proper consideration.  View the Strategy and make comments here. Comments close on 25th October.
